Melissa Hammer specializes in providing training on core-level audit methodologies, internal control and Section 404.  In addition, she facilitates courses and workshops on effective presentations and business communications.

She is also President of Reed Performance Consulting, Inc., a global training and course development company in San Francisco, California.

Melissa was previously an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she was responsible for several large, multi-national and public audits within the manufacturing and retail products industries. While there, she taught numerous local and national seminars for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the related Ohio and California Societies. She is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI).
