Zinah Mansy is responsible for AuditWatch’s internal and external marketing and communications, as well as for products within the Tax and Accounting business of Thomson Reuters. Her education and experience in technical communication and documentation design provides the company with an edge in the industry.

Among her responsibilities are administrating AuditWatch’s marketing projects, designing and writing the annual training catalog, creating the company collateral, and managing the company’s client relationship program.  Zinah offers this position her creativity and knowledge in usability and technical writing.

Before joining AuditWatch, Zinah was a technical writer at Deltek Systems, Inc., an accounting software firm. She was the sole writer and documentation designer for Deltek’s Government Contracting Solutions (GCS) software. In this position, Zinah maintained and managed the user manuals for the software, as well as compiled the help files.

Prior to this, Zinah received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from James Madison University in the field of Technical and Scientific Communication. Zinah is a member of the DC Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication.

Hobbies and Interest: Spending time with family and friends, traveling, and of course, shopping.
