Objectives
Builds on the technical experience of auditors, and introduces them to tips and techniques needed to begin daily supervision of in-field staff. Includes discussions on risk-based audit planning and execution, budgeting and time management, reviewing audit documentation, performing strong analytics, and getting the engagement "out the door".
