Level 1: Basic Staff - n/a
Level 2: Experienced Staff - n/a
Level 3: Beginning In-Charge - n/a
Level 4: Experienced In-Charge - n/a
Level 5: Management Skills - n/a
Level 6: Experienced Manager & Partner - n/a

Seminar Timing:
Classes begin at 8:30am, and end no later than 5:30pm, except for the last day of class.
- Levels 1-4: Class will end by 3pm on the final day
- Levels 5-6: Class will end by 5pm on the final day

Meals:
Tuition includes both lunch and snacks.

Dress Code:
Dress is business casual.

What to Bring:
There is no advanced preparation. However, participants
should plan on bringing the following items with them to class:
- Levels 1-4: Handheld Calculator
- Level 5: Laptop Computer is optional and not mandatory
