Level 1: Basic Staff — November 15 - 18, 2011
Level 2: Experienced Staff — November 1 - 3, 2011
Level 3: Beginning In-Charge — November 30 - December 2, 2011
Level 4: Experienced In-Charge — December 6 - 8, 2011
Level 5: Management Skills — December 13 -15, 2011

Seminar Timing:
Classes begin at 8:30am, and end no later than 5:30pm,
except for the last day of class, when the classes will end at 3pm.

Meals:
Tuition includes both lunch and snacks.

Dress Code:
Dress is business casual.

What to Bring:
There is no advanced preparation. However, participants
should plan on bringing the following items with them to class:
- Levels 1-4: Handheld Calculator
- Level 5: Laptop Computer is optional and not mandatory
